I worked on the QBench platform as a product designer, focusing on improving the user experience and interface design. My responsibilities included redesigning screens, reorganizing layouts, and refining how information is presented to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Across the platform, I focused on transforming a set of dense, inconsistent screens into a cleaner, more structured, and more intuitive experience. I reorganized layouts, clarified hierarchy, and reduced visual noise so users can understand complex information without feeling overwhelmed.

I tightened spacing, aligned components, and introduced more predictable patterns across dashboards, tables, and detail views, which helps users build familiarity and move through workflows with less friction. I also refined how statuses, actions, and data relationships are presented, making it easier for people to scan, compare, and act on information quickly.

Overall, I took an interface that was functional but cluttered and reshaped it into something more modern, readable, and supportive of the day‑to‑day tasks real users perform inside the system.
