Apheris builds privacy‑preserving data collaboration infrastructure that lets enterprises work with sensitive data across organizations without ever moving or exposing it.

What did I do?

I focused on transforming a highly technical governance platform into a cleaner, more approachable, and more coherent experience across every major workflow. The original product was powerful but visually fragmented, with dense layouts, inconsistent navigation patterns, and a heavy interface that made complex tasks feel even more intimidating.

I reworked the structure across both products to create a cleaner, more organized foundation — one where users can quickly understand where they are, what they’re looking at, and what actions they can take.

I also improved the readability of technical documentation and model details, giving scientific content the space and structure it needs to be understood without friction. Across user management, permissions, and onboarding flows, I replaced rigid forms and cramped tables with cleaner components, clearer labels, and more intuitive interactions.

The result is a platform that feels more unified and professional — one that supports complex governance tasks with clarity rather than adding cognitive load, and gives organizations a more confident, trustworthy environment for managing sensitive data and computational assets.
