I focused on modernizing an outdated, visually inconsistent system and turning it into a cleaner, more structured, and more approachable product. The original interface relied heavily on dense tables, cramped layouts, and a dated color palette that made everyday tasks feel more complicated than they needed to be.

I reworked the visual hierarchy across all screens, giving each section more breathing room and making key actions easier to find. I introduced a lighter design language with clearer typography, improved spacing, and a more intentional use of color to guide attention rather than overwhelm it. I also refined the interaction patterns — replacing text-heavy controls with cleaner toggles, buttons, and sliders — so the product feels more intuitive and less mechanical.

I focused on consistency: aligning components, standardizing layouts, and ensuring that similar screens behave in predictable ways. The result is a platform that feels more modern, more user-friendly, and far better suited for organizations that rely on it to manage members, payments, groups, polls, and day‑to‑day operations.
