Wild Apricot
Wild Apricot is a membership‑management platform used by nonprofits, associations, clubs, and community groups to run their entire organization from one place. The product relied on outdated UI patterns, dense tables, and inconsistent spacing, making it difficult for admins to quickly scan or complete tasks. Many screens mixed configuration, content, and metadata in ways that created noise instead of clarity. The result was a visually heavy, cognitively demanding experience that slowed down admins managing large member lists, store orders, or event workflows.
What did I do?
I designed a cleaner layout system, standardized components across modules, clarified primary actions, and improved the visibility of critical metadata such as alerts, statuses, and participant flags. The result is a more predictable, scalable interface that supports faster decision‑making, reduces cognitive load, and aligns with the expectations of clinical and research professionals working with sensitive data.
