I worked on the QBench platform as a product designer, focusing on improving the user experience and interface design. My responsibilities included redesigning screens, reorganizing layouts, and refining how information is presented to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

I focused on elevating the entire product experience by turning a collection of basic, utilitarian screens into a more polished, structured, and professional interface. The original designs were functional but lacked hierarchy, clarity, and the level of detail users need to confidently navigate complex workflows.

I reworked each screen to introduce clearer organization, more intentional spacing, and a visual language that feels modern and trustworthy. I expanded the information architecture where needed — adding context, labels, and supporting details — so users understand not just what they’re looking at, but how it fits into their broader workflow.

I also refined the interaction patterns, making actions easier to find and reducing the cognitive load across notifications, settings, dashboards, and project views. Overall, I transformed a set of simple layouts into a cohesive, high‑clarity system that better supports decision‑making, improves readability, and feels more aligned with the expectations of scientific and operational teams.
